I have one, and I likes it. It helps me get the finger out if my pace is dropping during a run.

    have it and love it...
I'm a stat whore and this encourages me to run faster/longer and try to beat my previous records...(they all suck by the way :D )

have say its better then what I first taught and agree with previous answers above.

I would say its worth it if serious.

I bought a pair of the runners with the space in them for the sensor thingy without realising it, and the app is already on my iphone.. I just haven't pushed myself to buy the sensor itself.

I use the Run Keeper free app and it gives me the stats I need. I like the map thing it provides at the end too. Maybe if I go into it running more I'll get the Nike+ yoke.

    Hi,

Where can I buy the Nike+ with sports band?
I've also read about problems with calibrating it. Any experience with this?

    Thanks.

I just stuck the bit into my iPod, the chip into my runners then walked around for about 30 seconds and that was it calibrated.
