    Hey,
Anyone here ever gone to these guys; http://www.physiotherapyclinic.ie/

I get knots in my back/shoulders and have been to physios who have done a good job, and am currently working at the obvious trigger points with a tennis ball at home.

The underlying cause is a tight mid-spine however (I jarred it years ago doing neck bridges) so i thought I'd try these guys who seem to specialise on the spine.... does anyone have any experience of them ?

    Thanks

I went to Dublin Spine & Sports Physiotherapy last year with a knee complaint (from running) and I was really happy with the treatment I got there. Only took a couple of sessions as well. My doctor had recommended them to me.

I've gone to them before with ankle ligament problems and general running stuff, they were brilliant for me and really know their stuff in my opinion.

Yeah I've been to them a couple of times and they were good. €55 a session.
