Sat fat is good for you, as long as it is the real thing, and not a deep fried contoction of sugar, flour and additives. Things like eggs, fresh meat, cococnut oil are all high in sat fat and they definitely won't kill you.

Oily fish is relatively high cal. So are nuts. Raw almonds are good, also brazil nuts (good source of selenium), wallnuts. Flaxseeds. Extra virgin olive oil. Coconut oil.

sugar will damage your teeth if you drink coke all day and dont brush them
If you want high calorie dont be afraid of some sugar.

    They're healthy versions

And even though too much salt is bad for you [as is too much of anything] you still need SOME salt

Yea i was trying to find foods high in calorie but low in salt/sugar/sat fat. Not entirely void of them because lets face it, thats not gonna happen.

Looks like a trip down to howth harbour to stock up on plenty a salmon, cod, haddock and such.

Coconut oil wood be good too.

I could eat bread for days but all that yeast doesnt play well with me. The yeast free stuff isnt really sandwichable. (soda bread stuff)
