Finish my course as a mature student?

I am in my third year of a level 7 course and want to dropout and go to canada with my mates.By the time I get back I will be old enough to qualify to be a mature student would it be possible to return as a mature student finishing the third year and going on doing the 4th year honours degree avoiding the fees??
