    Anyone tried this? Apparently it's the new fitness 'craze' and for that reason i'm skeptical. Does anyone do it and where?

    They used to advertise this on Canadian/US tv when we were over there last year - fooking hillarious, possibly one of the gayest ad's to hit tv , I really think only the yanks could pull off looking like a complete dick that well !

    Cant see it catching on here - youtube it and enjoy the douchebag action !
