Cardio, and lots of it, running, swimming, skipping, cycling, situps help but dont expect to do 50 and get a sixpack from it, and diet is important, avoid carbs and eat tons of protein, lean chicken, fish, veg

Kettlebell exercises will shift the weight pretty quick.
Do a couple of classes somewhere and explain to the instructor what you want.

Speaking from a fitness background, losing weight on one area of your body only (spot reduction) is impossible without surgery (which is never advised anyway...it's purely never needed except in life threatening conditions). What i would advise though, is having your diet analysed firstly, then look to any potential exercise you should be doing, and asking questions and searching related threads on the fitness forum here...there are many people nice enough and qualified to help you should you pop in:) Good Luck with your goals, put in the effort and it'll all work out fine:D
