They've started releasing the 2009 CF games videos on the CF Journal http://journal.crossfit.com/ you don't need to be a subscriber to download. The men's 1st event is up: 7k trail run. They are putting up the men's competition 1 event per day and then the womens I think. I haven't watched it yet as I'm in work but should…

EDIT: Just noticed now it's just the first event that's free to download.

The first vids covers the 7k mixed trail run, meeting the competitors and outlining the later events.
