Fitness training holiday breaks

    Hi,

Does anyone know of any fitness style camps in the UK? Something like where it's sort of multi activity or cross training. Weights, circuit training, swimming, outdoor activities, maybe something like crossfit style. I am looking for a fairly intensive training course incorporating different active regimes for all round athleticism i.e. cardio, strength, endurance, power, basically a bit of everything. I am open to new methods and want to expand my training routines for all round gains.

I'm 26 and in good shape and cross train gym 5-6 times a week. (weights 3-4 & box/swim twice). I do change my workouts/ routines and will continue to do this. However I like the idea of going away for a few days or a week, meeting other people and training and what not.

I am aware of thai boxing camps in Thailand that are highly recommended however I am looking for something that incorporates other sports/activities and something a bit closer to home? I've googled but nothing has grabbed my eye. Anybody any suggestions?

There's another site like this that is more based around general fitness like what you've put up there. I can't remember the URL now though, will repost if I can find it.

don;t know any in the uk but I've heard of plenty of multisport centres in Europe. One we've used a couple of times is la Santa in lanzarote.
