Advice on bench for weights -Pro Pwer Multi Use Workout Bench

    I bought the same one about 3 years back and I rarely use it now.Im 6:1 and If i want to benchpress with it i have to slide out the leg extension thing.If I was smart about it I would have put the money towards an olympic barbell and more plates.You'd get heaps more use out of it.Ho hum.

    I'd be about 5'10 and am only just getting started. Have basic set of weights, what I really wanted it for is to be able to bench press, most other exercises you can do with free weights and a mat. The thought of having to constantly switch pieces of equipment out is off-putting. Then again a bench on its own would be more expensive probably ... got it for €55.
