    Painting the spare room.....

What time will you have tea break today?

Erm, I don't have a set time for a tea break these days. Usually have lunch at 1pm. Hmmm, now I'm wondering what to have!

    Cadburys or Nestle chocolate?

    How do you eat yours?

I bite of the top of the egg, suck/lick out the goo, and then munch the chocolate :D

How often do you clear your internet history?

Fair play for insuring the sucking licking action is included .... ;)

Not as often as I probably should - maybe once every 3 months.

What internet browser do you use?

What internet browser do you use?

    Firefox mostly, but occasionally Safari.

Of course you have to suck or lick the goo out of the chocolate, it doesn't work otherwise :)

I could talk endlessly about Nimhneach, and I wish I knew more about philosophy, cos then I could actually join in in conversations in my apartment.

Should I clean the place before my o/h's sister get's here, or should I just leave it in the lived in (but not dirty) state it's in?

I probably find myself coming back to film / tv trivia time and time again.
Often realise comparing real-life situations to "do you remember that time / scene in Father Ted"
Remember being in Germany a number of years ago with work. Out having German beers in a german beer garden with german collegues, I have no german, they had ok english - spent most of the time talking about Simpsons - it overcomes the cultural divide :) Good times.....

Are you at the point where you've gone past the "subconsiously trying to impress the oh's family" - if so - leave it exactly as it is.

Your highlight of the week just (almost) gone?

After this amount of time, and living together, yea I think I should be out of that stage. I might be nice and make sure the table is clear for her to study at though.
Your highlight of the week just (almost) gone?

It happens tomorrow, and it's my flatmate coming back from the UK!

Most exciting plan for the weekend?

Was flatmate away for long? You going to cook the fattened calf for the homecoming?

Plan for weekend - I think I kinda answered that just a few threads previously - and although I'd like to state something hip, hop, happenin and cool, I'm afraid I'll have to stick to my original answer = painting the spare room.....

You like all your flatmates - back through time?

You like all your flatmates - back through time?

I've only had one, other than my other half, and I still live with her, so yup. She's been away since the week before Christmas so it shall be fun catching up with her!

Shall I make a good impression or not in the interview I've just been called for?

Shall I make a good impression or not in the interview I've just been called for?

First off - congrats on being called for an interview - excellent news - not easy in this current climate.

Yes - of course you will.
Through personal experience, a bit of research, and talking to friends who are HR managers - i.e. regular interviewers, logic is = interviewer makes up their impression of you in the first 5 minutes, and then spends the rest of the interview re-affirming that...
So - first impressions very important - firm handshake, good eye contact etc....

Last time you updated your CV - did it take ages?

Last time you updated your CV - did it take ages?

    Thanks for the congrats.

It never takes me long to update my cv because I generally keep it updated at all times. I think the last major update was adding my degree qualification to it!

Should I wear a skirt and top or a dress to the interview?

    Just saw
I could talk endlessly about Nimhneach, and I wish I knew more about philosophy, cos then I could actually join in in conversations in my apartment.

You may get better advice from the lady boardsies - but my blokes - tuppence worth - I think you should wear a skirt and a top.

Do you rehearse possible answers before the interview?

Have googled it, but google doesn't compare to the knowledge of the Philosophy students I live with :)

Any yup, it's a fetish club, and a fantastic night out :p
Do you rehearse possible answers before the interview?

I rehearse a little bit, but even in presentations I generally go with the flow and speak naturally. I don't want to give people a false impression of myself!

Do you prefer hair up or hair down?

Down if its nice and healthy, depends on the hair tho.

    80's or 90's music? :p

    Good stuff indeedy......

    I've no choice - short.
But on women - depends, depends, on mood and setting etc.....long hair - imagining fingers running through it = nice, hair tied up, imaging she removing her glasses, un-clipping hair and then she shaking her head from side to side in slow motion - also nice....
OOOOOh for an interview - up to you - whichever feels more appropriate with the interview attire.

What colour are your lucky interview undies?

    90's music... it's my childhood :-)

Black. Why the question marks over the fetish club??

    General question is:

Shall I cook chips and chicken or Stir fry for dinner tonight?

Question marks re fetish club - just wanting to confirm it was = now you've confirmed, the questions marks also doubly act as - interested in your opinion / experience? (- but you've already answered - great night - but feel free to expand :))

Its Friday!!! - Friday = greasy Friday => has to be chicken and chips

Not really sure how to expand! It's lots of fun, it involves getting dressed up in some really funky clothes, and then playing a little bit. Chatting to really nice people, sometimes watching a stage show and always dancing to some of the funkiest music.

Just to stay on topic - Tea or Coffee?
