Yep, I currently have shin splints, a pain in my shoulder, triceps are a bit tight and sore calves...darn gym:mad:

I have a box full of letters and notes I got in secondary school from my friends. So many frivolous silly hilarious memories. I wish I could see some of my old notes.. Mortifying.
