Fortunately I have not experienced any very severe injuries. I fainted next to a wooden staircase once and bashed my face up pretty badly though!

Thinking about it rescuing my two cats, the three legged one because she wasn't happy in the shelter and nobody would take her and the other one because with effort and help from vets and the kspca he's feeling much better.
