hey so i have finally gotten back into the gym properly again and am loving it more than ever. but as usualy my diet is shocking and i really want to sort it out this time

precision nutrtion are running a live course(as opposed to their online one) for their lean eating programme in my college starting in january and i thought this was very interesting and even though it is expensive(for a student anyway) it had a number of benefits that appealed to me

but from their website it appears that particular programme is for people who have a serious amount of weight to lose 35-45lbs of fat. and well i dont have that much to lose and i want to put on muscle

so first question has anyone done this programme online? what was your experience.

second question is when i was on their website i found their scrawny to brawny programme and this looks more like what im looking for it is way cheaper and from their marketing blurb people are gaining alot of lean mass with it. anyone tried this?

i know john berardi has a great reputation but im very skeptical off online marketing so dont want to just get sucked in to a generic programme just cause some famous guy put his name to it

if it matters im 24 6'2 and weight around 94kg
