    Folks,

Just wondering how acurate are the scales you stand on to measure your bodyfat. I would have thought calipers were better for this
    Cheers

    Personally I use a mirror.

Very unaccurrate. They read me as 21% when I'm really 12%

Bodyfat Scales are hit and miss. Mostly miss.
It can depend on brand and cost. If you buy a €10 scales from Aldi don't expect it to be correct.
You also need to commit to consistent measurement, for example, first thing in morning after services. Fluid levels in your body can and will negate the accuracy of the reading.

The only one I've used that had consistent readings with callipers over a time frame were the Salter Mi-Body.
