Hey , back in gym and eating egg white powder from myprotein in between meals. Thing is , it says on the packet that its spray dried but does this mean it is still raw? Can raw egg white be absorbed by body? I heard conflicting opinions. Anyone know the facts on consuming raw egg whites?

It probably is pasteurised egg white. Egg white can be absorbed by the body, but not as efficiently as cooked. Still, I buy liquid egg white and use it in a lot of recipes, because it whisks up beautifully and you can make all sorts of yummy thing with it.
