Budget effecting VTOS & BEA for VEC?

    Hey all,

    Just a quick querie in regards to the VEC grants there has been news on the grape vine that people getting VTOS or BEA payments will no longer qualify for the VEC maintence grant..

    Anyone know what the story is here???
