I've used it, thought it was rubbish. Just my opinion though I'm sure...

I did not read the link but my opinion on muscletech aint a good one alot of outlandish claims regarding results etc on the cover.

But i know alot of people who have tried it and they have said it was the best creatine product they have tried,it might be expensive but apparently fairly effective.

Cell Tech is pretty notorious as being the most expensive sugar/creatine you can buy.

Don't believe the hype, there are much better supplements you can buy for much less money. Have you tried the basic creatine monohydrate and some glucose?

Ive used a few of Muscletech's supplements and think overall when they 'work' theyre very good and worth the money

I used Creakic before (which I presume is meant to be similar, except its in cap form rather than powder) and noticed pretty much nothing. Same with their other product Leukic, it made my p**s turn a shade of green for a while but other than that, nothing.

However, Ive tried Gakic before and currently have their Aplodan and theyre both brilliant. Noticed gains in weight lifted and size, etc. that would lead me to believe it wasnt down to some placebo effect.

As for creatine powder, Im using "Storm" by Universal at the moment and training is going great, so it may be that or the Aplodan or a combination of both. And its failry cheap considering how long it lasts.

    Good luck

Have tried just mono on it's own a few years ago,was recommended this by a friend.
Does the mono and glucose work out much cheaper? The cell tech works out at 2 a serving(100g) which is pretty expensive

    Post up your weights routine
It's not quite developed yet as Im taking it slow, looking to gain weight and recover faster.Good diet with natural proteins regularily but am pretty atrophied from a few years bent over a machine 14 hours a day and little excercise.
Doing 20 mins on a punch bag every day with stretches to try and loosen up and get some sembalance of movement and balance back.
Doing weights 4/5 days, mainly super setting a particular group on a day with very light weights as my form is poor, doing as many light compound lifts as I can fit in(every 3/4 days, never did them before) and keeping heart rate up with punch bag.
Am tall and thin, always plateaued quickly.

If you're doing routines with lighter weights you really dont need supplements..a decent diet will do you more good and is a lot cheaper.
Personally i think most supplements are overpriced and unncessary..creatine never worked with me either so its not a universal ticket to muscularity.
