    This has probably been asked before but I couldnt find a thread when I searched, I'm looking to find a relaible site for protein and supplements, I would prefer a UK based one to keep postage costs down. If you know a site please let me know or if there's an existing thread please point me in that direction.

    universalnutrition.ie are the best prices I found online deliver free in Ireland over 50E and free shaker over 75E. Deliver next day usually maybe day after. Happy out!

    Thanks for the links, I'll check them out.
    I had a look at the supplement sticky but didnt see any links to sites on there.

    As regards to ordering from American sites, whats the story with customs and being charged duty? I was looking at bodybuilding.coms' store and while the prices are very good, at least to my eyes, the postage was $65 and then there's the threat of duty charges possibly?
