    HELP!

I bought a new iPhone on O2, mainly coz i get a staff offer. However, I updated my iTunes before I plugged it in and iTunes says

"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again"

My network is always active and I cant understand why its not working.

Also, when i plug on the iPhone it says windows cannot recognise the iPhone.

I have uninstalled then reinstalled iTunes but to no avail

    Any ideas??

    Cheers

What happens if you try to browse the iTunes Store without plugging in the phone?
