Gyms in Cork

I searched through the sticky on gym reviews but the information relating to anything to do with cork seems outdated. I'm returning home for a bit at Christmas and wouldn't mind going to the gym a couple of times while I'm there, however I have no idea of any pay as you go gyms with a decent free weights section (squat rack/ cage/benches etc). I only ever used the Mardyke while I was in college and I've seen photos of how that looks now :( I'm based on the south side of the city.

    Thanks in advance.

Was wodering the same thing about alternative gyms while the Mardyke is out of action.

They posted this on their website. But it aint exactly ideal, and not at all useful if you aint a student.
