i need advice on chest weight

    hi there ,im a male,25yold,6ft 2 tall and i weigh 15 stone 2lbs,.i was 22 stone in febuary 2009 so ive lost alot of weight in less than a year but my chest is still way too big,they are the same as a women sboobs ,i cant get rid of them.i walk.about 6 or 7 miles a day everyday,rain hail sleet or snow,i eat very healthy balanced foods now,i feel great but my chest wont reduce,my original aim was 15 stone but im going to go for 14 to see if they will reduce,does any 1 have any excercise tips for the chest area,any advice is very welcome and thamks in advance

    Could be a question for a doctor that. All the advise I can give is loose some more weight, consider joining a gym and start a weights programme.

    For now, at home you could do burpees. Great overall exercise.

    You can't spot reduce fat from a set area

    Look up gynecomastia. If you say they look like tits that could be your problem. Also if losing weight is your goal, you may want to stimulate yourself a little more than walking. Slow forms of cardio mean you strip fat slower and as said above. You can not spot reduce body fat.

    In case you're new to this whole exercise crack, what this means in your case is that doing chest exercises won't take the fat off your chest. Overall fat reduction will do some of that for you.
    Also if losing weight is your goal, you may want to stimulate yourself a little more than walking.

    The best thing is a combination of cardio (running, swimming, cycling etc) and strength (weights) exercises. If you can, join a gym and get one of the staff to make out a programme for you.


    If none of that works then this could be your problem.
    Look up gynecomastia. If you say they look like tits that could be your problem.

    Try the other stuff first, though.

    Are you not doing weights? If not start doing them they will help alot.
