    hi everyone since i started training 6 months ago ive lost 40 pounds, im relatively slim at the moment but im not sure do i need to lose more weight before i start to tone up or can i start now, any help around this area would be really helpful ( im 19 years of age around 5 foot 10 and 160 pounds) thanks in advance!

    Wow first of all congrats on looseing that weight that is serious stuff fair play.

    Be honest I think you can tone up even when you were getting the weight down tbh.

    Then again you may not have lost as much weight maybe 30-35 pounds but I would say even when you little heavy you can tone up.
