i'll post tips up between 12.30 - 1.30
i'll use sp prices

Given the shortness of those prices you need a 50% strike rate to make a profit unless the 8/1 shot won and even then you need a 33% strike rate to make a profit.

It's very hard to make a profit on short priced and odds on horses. No value in them. You'd be better off put them in multiple bets and trying to hit the jackpot once in a while.

be a little more selective id say
backing 5/6 horses a day is a quick
way to the poorhouse
pick one you really fancy and back
that and build up your bank slowly

it doesn't bother me if you do it here, its just some people get itchy about the gambling -v- 'love of the sport' debate. I have a bet "every now and then" so no trouble here.

a lucky 15/31 with some or all of these as they've all won the
race they compete in before

1.40weth terenzium (won it last year, dont know anymore than that and
am too lazy to go looking)
2.25 sand twist magic 5/2 (won this in 07 and was travelling well behind
master minded when falling two out last year) Sandown is his track
3.00sa overstrand (9/4 forecast price) won this in 03+06 and won
well last time out
2.40we polar gunner (forecast price 9/2) won this last year and is
4 from 4 on the course
3..30 kilbeggan blade 5/1 won this for the past two years and only
one pound higher this year

A few with decent chances as far as i can see

ill be kicking myself if well chief wins though at 10/3
god knows ive invested enough in him throughout the years

No offence of anything mate but this is fast turning into how to blow €1500 as fast as you can. I worry for you if you're actually putting your money behind this. You've lost more than 50% of your bank in 4 days which suggests to me that this isn't going to work - you don't seem cut out to be able to make a consistent profit at this. I'd suggest you call it a day to be honest.

There is no way you put €250 E/W on that horse. It had no form at all. Anyway it finished about 35lengths 3rd, and was only 7 runners so no place.

Lol so this guy turns up and burns 1k backing a 'nap' in half the races on the card. Then he claims to bet 250 quid each way on a horse in a seven runner field. This guy should get banned or possibly jail for crimes against punting, he obviously is levelling us all, at least I hope he is or else he's insane.

Maybe he forgot the decimal point and he had 15.00 to bet.

Not that it would have made much difference but he got seroiously hampered when some of the railing came loose and caught him:eek:plus he had no chance from where he was when he fell.
