    Hi All

    Just looking for a bit of advice on what weights I should be doing, I have just joined back the gym and wanna do a combo of cardio and weights I plan on alternating between cardio and weights e.g. Mon-Cardio, Tues-Weights and small bit of cardio, Weds-Cardio etc etc, I am 5'3" female and weigh about 155lb I don't want to have big guns or anything, just wanna tone up a good bit!!

    All advice greatly appreciated :)

    Starting Strength should get you going with weights.

    Simple enough program to get your body in shape. Please note, you will not get "big guns" with this program (or many others for that matter), but you will get stronger and fitter.
