Same place as you and I, I would imagine - tesco or one of those guys. Juice isn't really that great when you're trying to get in contest shape either. Way too sugary like.

Dave is spot on, always throws in stuff when you buy from him and very helpful when it comes to advice. He spent nearly an hour with me on day goin through a weights program when I was startin out.

I think so anyway. I'm sure others will disagree but I've always thought of the winner of the NABBAs as being Mr Ireland, and the winner of the RIBBF as the winner of 'the other show'. No disrepect to the RIBBF, I just think in general the standard over the years in the NABBAs has been superior

And the look;
-half cut off close up shot
-heavy shadowing
-arms by side w/ everything flexed (I know he's curling)
-"intense" face
-lack of any typical BB pose
-shorts and not posing trunks

Ya it would be generally but this year it caught up a lot, the competition standard was extremely good, especially the masters.
Dave is a hugely talented athlete, his conditioning is unbelievable and even though Cathal Tiernan came close to him this year you just could not look beyond Dave. Cathal and Dave both came in way better condition in the RIBBF than the NABBA so maybe priorities are changing. These two are the future no question about it.
Dave seems to be doing a lot of cover shoots for Trec nutrition, great to see an Irish based bodybuilder fronting something like this
