http://portablenorthpole.tv This works in a similar way to the free personalised santa letter that was posted here a few weeks ago (this one is personalised too). Excellent for small (and big) kids.

There's another one which gives personalised videos & texts - its not free but goes to the Lara Lynn Foundation which is a great cause..
