Guys, need a bit of help picking a laptop, I'm not too tech savvy so any advice is appreciated. I've currently got an IBM thinkpad t40, i got it as a refurb three years ago and have used it every day for messing on the internet and watching films, nothing more advanced needed. Its starting to play up, will occasionally give a blank screen which I need to shake the laptop to get the picture back again.

I've been on ebay looking at a replacement and am looking at the following, I'm currently living in the UK so these are all easy got with postage etc. As I said before, all I use it for is internet, downloading music and watching tv online.

IBM Lenovo Thinkpad T42 Laptop £170
    • 1GB RAM
    • PENTIUM M
    • 1.7 GHZ PROCESSOR SPEED
    • 40 GB HARD DRIVE
    • MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL
    • WIRELESS INTERNET
    • AC ADAPTER

IBM Lenovo Thinkpad T60 Laptop £200
    • 1GB RAM
    • INTEL CORE DUO
    • 1.8 GHZ PROCESSOR SPEED
    • 60 GB HARD DRIVE
    • MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL WITH COA
    • WIRELESS INTERNET
    • AC ADAPTER
Any advice appreciated as my current machine is about to die.

    Thanks
