what are your stats - sex, height, weight etc and what (if any) exercise do you do? diet looks ok (ish) but it depends on portions and i would have lots of veg for dinner and ,make sure the cod isnt battered ..

My girlfriend has lost a stone over a month by cutting out carbs and sugars. So no bread, potatoes, orange juice, carrots, rice etc.
She did this for the first two weeks and then added a small amount of sugars and carbs. Worked for her but she was a determined.

i predict you will last 3 days on this and binge like the cookie monster on day 4 ;)

needs more healthy fats (add a spoon of natural peanut butter rotate the fish with lean minced beef steak) - a certain level of fat is needed by the body or you will crave it

make a list of EVERYTHING you currently eat and reduce the total calories slowly so as not to shock the body - maybe 500 cals a week until you are losing 2 lb of body weight a week at the most.

Where are the vegetables? And the calcium?

I lost over a stone by cutting anything with processed sugar in it from my diet, and eating my big meal mid-day instead of at night. I'd tried all kinds of restrictive diets, and this actually works for me (I figured it out after I gave up sugar for Lent one year). I don't pay that much attention to fat; I douse my greens in olive oil, and love sliced cheese with fruit. Over time it's really changed my food tastes; I don't really crave sweet stuff anymore, and when I do occasionally indulge, I don't want that much of it because it's overwhelming.

you dont need to cut carbs out completely, and I wouldnt bother unless you are willing to stick to that long term .. have an apple instead of the orange juice and fill up on LOTS of veg for dinner oh and EXERCISE, if you can only spare 20 mins at a time that is cool but you should google intervals and also buy some dumbells .. .

Most nutritional experts say that one of the most important ways of helping to lose weight is getting protein into your breakfast.

Try to get some form of protein like eggs or bacon into your breakfast and this helps you to stay fuller for longer preventing snacking.
