There's a new shop down by the salt (house?) bar, I've been meaning to check them out.

IMO Elite FTS is very dear for shipping with the bands, and in general.

www.liftinglarge.com has bands and delivery isn't as high as EFS. Cardio mentioned a 10% sale too this weekend.

As for the foam roller, I got one off physiosupplies.ie for about 15 quid.. Does the job. They also sell bands but not the same ones as EFS or Lifting..

Thanks for all the info, and will def check that shop out. EFS had great prices for bands, they were on sale but nice price is pointless if shipping costs loads,

Pop down to Results and I will give you one for the cost price. I have been looking to get some bands myself so I will see what I can source

having bought 3 foam rollers at this stage that have fallen apart on me I think its just better to buy a high quality denser foam roller.

I know some guys that use wavin or similar piping, might be worth a look. Also try and get a decent one as they can get very soft and squidgy if you dont
