This was on last Sunday night, did anyone from boards head to it.The size of the Branch&evan was unreal!

Dorian is very good at the public speaking, very straight forward and to the point.

aww ballz.. I would have loved to go to that. Fcukin pissed I didn't know it was on.. Evan Centopani is the future of bodybuilding! Give him another 2 or 3 years and he'll be Mr. O. Would have liked to meet the guy.

It was a promotion for Dorians new protein products, im surprised he didn't advertise it a little bit more as i thought many more people would have been interested in this show.
He had Branch Warren and Evan with him Chris Cormier should have been there but he was busy.
It started with a q&a chat for about an hour and forty mins then fans got to chat with Evan and Branch get pics etc.
After that they posed for the crowd but i didnt hang around both my mates i was with had other plans for the night so we left early.
Its dam insane how big they were in person,i think they are off to scandinavia&uk as part of a promo tour on behalf of Dorian.
Branch said he will start his prep at the end of next week as soon as he gets back to the us.
It was held in the Castleknock Hotel.

I met Dorian at a seminar in Nottingham in 2000. He's a lovely guy and very, very intelligent and well spoken. No ego whatsoever.

Is he still training in MMA? I read that it was his new passion since having to retire from bodybuilding after tearing a bicep doing 400 lb barbell rows.

He still lives in Birmingham and runs a gym there. I think its 100pound an hr for his time, I rang the place a few yrs ago. If youre into bodybuilding and training for your first comp I reckon it would be money well spent.

£100 for an hour of Dorian's time would be money very well spent if you planning on entering a bodybuilding competition. I was a big fan of Dorian because he was an advocate of Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty training, which I was a huge fan of when I first got into bodybuilding in 1990.

While Dorian modified Mentzer's approach somewhat, the basics are pretty much the same, i.e short, brutally intense and infrequent sessions instead of the twice a day, 6 days a week routines advocated by basically any bodybuilder under contract by Joe Weider.
