I have joined and attended some bikram sessions over the last few weeks...can someone tell me why its the same positions over and over again? my friend and I like the sweaty aspect of it, but are getting very bored with the same routine...or is there somewhere else that mixes it up a bit?

exactly - so the owner can sell his idea all over the world.

try ashtanga yoga - plenty of heat built up and some teachers do change it up from class to class e.g. www.yogadublin.com
