I think I might be too light now? I'm 17, 6ft and weigh 12.7 stone. About a year ago I was severly overweight but managed to lose 5 stone thanks to a personal trainer. I'm now in pretty good shape but i still want to lose a little excess lower belly flab before christmas. How can I achieve this without losing more weight?

Smithy - well done on the weight loss - fantastic work.

I would recommend you concentrate on gaining muscle. The more muscle you have, the quicker your metabolism will be. So it will help you decrease your bodyfat without decreasing your weight. Plus you'll look much better too
