Training camps?

Does anyone know of any fitness camp type thing in Ireland? What I'm thinking of is some place where you would go and stay, and have maybe two sessions with a PT per day, and be fed a healthy diet. I see some "military style bootcamps" but I'm not sure thats what I want. Firstly I am more interested in gym based workout…

I see some "military style bootcamps" but I'm not sure thats what I want. Firstly I am more interested in gym based workout (rather than crawling around in mud just for the sake of it), and secondlt I would like what little time there might be in between the training sessions to be mine (as this would also constitute my years holidays!).
