    HI all,

So i started trying to lose weight in May with about 7-8 stone to loose
Changed my eating to 3 meals a day (no eating between meals) up my fruit intake from 0 eat breakfast my average daily diet is (obviously with some variations)

    Breakfast muesli or 2 Weetabix
11 am apple or banana or orange

1pm 4 ryvita with tuna or beans on toast

    Dinner
    Soup
    Meat potatoes and veg
    Yogurt

    1-2 ltrs of water
    3-4 cups of coffee

so far i have lost 3 stone however in the last month or so things have slowed up quite a bit.........what I’m wondering is what more should/could i be doing
I know i should be doing more exercise but I’m afraid of doing damage to my knees/back

    Thanks for any advice

    B

Now that you have lost 3 stone, your calorie intake will need to be less than it was when you started trying to lose weight if you want to keep losing weight.

Make sure you adjust your calorie intake so that you will still lose weight.

    Hope this helped.

Why are you afraid of doing damage to your knees back?

Ditch the soup at dinner. I'm guessing here but it's a Knorr pack or something like that? Also, if you can, reduce/eliminate the potatoes.

Also, get protein in at every meal. So eggs or something like that at breakfast.
