Im just wondering are rows and face pulls enough to train these?

and if i was doing a chest/shoulder/, back /leg split. where and how would you train the rear delts, i mean are they used in compound shoulder work? or are they used in pulling actions such as rows

    thanks for any feedback

They're used heavily in pulling movements, and as a support/stability group in pressing movements. For most people I'd imagine rows and facepulls are perfectly sufficient, but I like to add in an isolation exercise aswell because I think it's an area where I'm weak.

you could throw in some db power cleans and/or rear delt flyes every now and again, either superset them with something else or at the end of the shoulder or back session, wouldn't take long.
