First of anyone that helps me with this will not be forgot. you may recieve a thankyou token when you least expect it:)

backstory on me is for this past year since leaving school the only excersise ive done is walking. i walk quite alot every day as part of my job. i was very sporty in school so im not fat but i am terribly unfit when it comes to cardio. im 6ft and way just over 14 stone. was heavier when i played rugby but most of my muscle has now turned to fat. im 21

from wednesday i will be doing a 7-10 day burnout. training all day everyday (until im too tired to continue) i know this could be bad but i was to get in some shape (toned) for a certain lady im meeting the week after:D

i will be doing this in crunch premier fitness. its a top top gym with pool etc and all equipment i could dream of

i know im asking alot but i was wondering could someone do me up some sort of training scedule. ill also be asking about food advice on another part of the forum

tytyty to anyone who can draw something up

edit this is the thread where im getting hopefully told what and when i should eat during this weeklong burnout http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=63115333#post63115333

Retard, honestly, I'm no fitness expert, and have very little knowledge in the fitness area and what you should or shouldn't do to gain weight, muscle, or target specific areas, but if i were you, if you're only doing it for a week and a half, just dont eat as much as what you currently eat, and go balls to the wall in the gym.

In my (admittedly limited) experience on this forum, the guys on here are very much into the whole fitness lifestyle and take it very seriously, and gym like pro-bodybuilders would.

For the average joe like yourself (and myself) i'd imagine just busting your as sin the gym and doing a lot of everything is the right way forward for now. If this is the first time you'll be in a gym, and you plan to go all out nWo style, then i reckon youll be in bits the second day, after doing weights etc. so my only advice there is to skip the second day and wait til you're not hurting so much.

(This is extremely amateur, opinion-lead advice by the way, feel free to seek out a more knowledgeable user).

I'm an amateur too but I know your having a laugh if you think you can do anything in ten days.

Nothing happens overnight (or in 10 days). Tis a long road but its worth it.........

I disagree, actually. I can obviously only talk for myself, here, but going from nothing to gymming daily for ten days can have a lot of positive effects.

After about my 10th day at the gym, whilst i didn't come out looking like Stallone, i still felt a lot fitter and didnt get tired so easily when walking/cycling around.

Again, all my own personal experience.

Yeah but he wants to look different. Thats not going to happen! Confidence boost maybe but tone up no.

He might be able to last a bit longer in the sack with her though :P

I dont think he wants to look different?

I think he just wants to get fitter? I'm not fully sure though.. But yeah, you'll still look fairly similar in ten days, unless you don't eat at all and work out for 10 hours a day. But if you do that you'll probably be in a hearse in ten days. :pac:

EDIT: Yeah, he wants to tone up. Probably not much gonna happen in 10 days, but retard, if you're really gonna go all out for this, i'd love to hear how you feel in 10 days.

Ok im no expert either ,but your not going make any changes in a few days, but might feel you have and this will probably give you some confidence on your date ;)

Back to your goal i also was over 14 stone a year ago and joined total fitness ,i go at least 3 times a week doing approx 1 hr weights and 1 hr cardio ,i also started to eat more healthier aswell and now my weight is down to 12 stone 8 lbs and i feel much more healthier and lost the beer belly :D

BTW way if you have a look at the stickies here, there full of information on everything you need to know and its all free from the experts here

    cheers

    is this safe?

as for 1 week not making a difference, believe me it does. of course you have to put in tons of effort. i broke my league playing for school rugby few years ago. was out for months. got called up to ulster u17's and told i would play if fit. i only had 2 weeks and i beefed up then. altho i was alot younger and energetic then.

    god im 21 and u wud think i was 40 the way i talk:o

ill let you know how it went guys

    thanks

OP Cop yourself on, no one on this forum that knows what they're talking about is going to help you with this.
