I wanted to start this thread to balance out the other thread 'things you are unhappy with'. as women we are SO CRITICAL of our bodies and our appearance and I think this has a very negative effect on ourselves and on other young women around us.
So lets celebrate being women and the wonderful bodies we have! I certainly don't love every bit of myself but I have learned the hard way to focus on the good bits and learn to love it all!

I'll start so
I love my feet! They are lovely shape and i think my toes are all a perfect size!

I like my eyes, they are big and very easy to accentuate with makeup. I also think I have a nice little bum well maybe not so little..

but here goes with things i am HAPPY with.........My legs, i love my long legs and i also like my hands cos again they are quite long with slim fingers even though my OH's nickname for me is 'pencil fingers'!!!

I like my boobies a lot too and my eyes.

Surprised that a few good things came to mind so easily, I'm usually fixating on what I don't like!

Its so good to hear another women saying nice things about her own body. If kinds gives you permission to say good things about your own body too without sounding full of yourself which i think is what must women are afraid of.

I'm fairly happy with most things. Luckily I have a fast enough metabolism even though I eat sweets like theres no tomorrow:)

I always get compliments about my bum so it must be decent enough:)

6 months ago I would have said nothing but since I rejoined WW and have stopped butting myself down I am shocked by how many bits I like.

I love my big blue eyes, my clear blemish free skin, my shiny hair, My 34in long legs, my feet and toes, my smile and teeth and sometimes I even love my shoulders.

If I keep going like this I will end up big headed!!

Myself as a whole usually.

Once I have my beard back I will again be almost perfect looking.

I have an average-good body naturally, with very little by way of working out.

I eat what I want but gain little weight.

I'm naturally fit and healthy.

I look damn good with a bit of a beard.

I have legs toned enough that I can wear shorts all year round.

I am almost perfect I think.

My eyes, although i have a problem looking directly at people when im talking to them, comes from a childhood thing where someone used to make fun of my eyes and i figured nobody else would if i didnt look at them when i spoke to them, now it seems i have something to hide when i dont, annoying, but people do tell me i have nice eyes, they're a really really dark brown, like coca cola

There's not much I like about me tbh.

If I was pushed I would have to say waist, although it's not small I have dropped a Jean size in the last 3 months and has broadened the amount of jeans I can buy. It's very hard to get nudie jeans - my favourite brand - with a 30" leg to fit me stumpy legs so this drop inwaist size has helped.

I like my legs. They're a really good shape and look killer in heels! I have really good skin (I've never worn foundation because I just don't need it). I love my eyes and lips. And my boobs get alot of attention cuz they're just SO big (36F!).
I also LUUUURVE my hair! It's black, thick, glossy and down to my ass! Ooooh yeahhh!

My teeth - naturally straight and White, my nails cos I have stopped biting them, my feet cos the are size 4 and look good in sandals and mh naturally fair eyebrows cos i hate the black eyebrow, blonde hair look.

Pretty happy overall - the only things that bother me are: how dry the skin on my legs/arms/feet gets (but hey, that's what moisturiser/exfoliants/pedicures are for... ), the odd premature grey (but hey, that's what hair dye is for... ) and my stomach is a biatch to keep flat (but hey, that's what high-intensity exercise/zero carbs are for... ).

So that's not exactly anything major.

Seriously, I consider myself lucky to be in such a position, seeing as poor body image is such a female disease... but there was a time when I had the most ludicrous hang-ups. I'm shocked when I think back to what I considered "fat" when I was a teenager. But confidence can develop over the years, as well as perspective. Not for everyone though...
However you'd be hard pressed to find someone who thinks they've a perfect bod.

My personality...I find it easy to get on with pretty much anyone and any situation I'm put into too - I think I'm pretty sound to chat away too and my sense of humour is pretty on point or so I've been told

My feet,they're very dainty-only a size 3.
My calves are quite slim-but not really my thighs (as would prefer them slimmer and more toned)
My boobs,(quite voluptuous!)
My skin is very clear.
My eyes. Very big and blue with long eyelashes.

To balance this out though I pretty much hate the following
.My stomach(if I had a flat stomach,wouldn't give a feck bout anything else)
.Chubby upper arms
.Don't mind having a big ass,but wish it was more toned.
.Could do with losing weight.

The only part of myself physically I didn't like was my tummy. But at the moment it looks exactly as it should being 7 months pregnant.

I actually love my preggo body so much, it may be covered in thread veins and a bit spotty but it's gorgeous. Love looking at myself in the nip! LOL
Think it's due to the amazing thing it's doing at the mo.

My legs are my favourite part of me. They're long, slim and toned so I'm quite proud of them :cool:
Granted, I work hard to keep them in good shape but it's worth it.

Nice thread, by the way. I think women are far too hard on themselves and often, exceptionally critical. This thread is a refreshing change! It's nice to see women highlighting their good points, rather than their flaws, for a change

Definitely agree with that, I know I can be so overcritical about myself (even if some of it is warranted lol)

I love my lips because they're really big and look great when I put on my favourite red lipstick I love my hair and my feet too, and my sense of humour.

Nothing compares to having a healthy body. I'm genuinely so thankful that for how mine lets me appreciate life. Imagine not "getting" food! :eek:

My boobs because boobs are savage.
I have elegant ankles, and my legs are a nice shape.
People seem to think I have a friendly face, especially lost people :P That is a nice quality to have.
My red hair, pale skin and freckles.
My lips, cos I love kissing.

I love my eyes, they are usually green but do kinda change to bluey/grey.

When my hair is blonde my eyes arent as bright but now its brown again I love them.

Theres nothing I hate, only things Id like to change but nothing I hate enough to warrant surgery or anything of the sort.

I fcukin love my hair though, Im a hairdresser and its the only thing along with my eyes that I will say I really love.

Have been told I have a cute smile too
