Did you get the ok from the doctor/physio to start running?

5 minutes per km would be a decent enough pace to aim for initially (if fully recovered). You may get more relevant info on running in the A/R/T forum.

I wouldnt be too worried about if its a slow or fast pace at the moment if i was you. Its only november now you still have a good 3 or 4 months ahead of you before the GAA season gets going properly. Take it easy now and dont stray far from your comfort zone, listen to your physios, doctors, etc. Dont push too hard and risk further injury.
