i ve been doing this for about 2 months now, really like it,done weights for about 3 years but i was away and missed training for about 3 months and lost about a stone, just wondering how long should you do this programme for?might lifting is still going up bit by bit
i m about 74kgs 5ft 11,my squat is 3 sets of 5 reps 95kgs,dead lifts is 1 set of 5 with 105kgs,chins and dips are 2set of 8reps with 10kgs added to body weight, and my power clean and shoulder press are about 50ish kgs by 3set of 5reps,my bench press is 70kgs 3sets of 5 reps
i want to get back the weight i ve lost and get back to what i used to be able to lift, thinking keep going until jan anyway then see what happens
i ve not been taken any pretein or creatine,i m just eating lots and lots
i dont mind if some of my weight gain is fat,i just wana put on some size, anyone know how lobg you should do this for?
if your weights keep going up will your size keep going up?
i really like this programme,i like how its simple and you do compound exercises

thinking weight until weights not rising then maybe use creatine and protein to keep adding weight to bar and me, is that good idea?

Keep on SS until you stall out lifting wise.

Are you on GOMAD? Are you seriously eating enough?

I have done plenty of reading on this subject and pretty much all of it, (including the book) would agree with Colm.

Gallon Of Milk A Day. about 4 litres, 2400 cals plus whatever else your eating, should put pounds on you.

OP, you should buy or borrow the Book.
    Then read it.

It really is a great resource.

Look at the comments on this page, where a couple of our guys on their "Hugening" outline their daily food intake.

These guys have put on about 7-10 Kgs since the thing started about 4 weeks ago. Should give you a good indication of what you should be eating to gain mass.
