Remote Desktop >2 Connections

We have a server which is server 2003 standard. We can currently connect 2 remote desktop connections. We connect from XP machines locally and remotely. We want to connect up to 10 connections via RDP. What way can we go about this? If there are licences to be purchased what type do we need? Any help would be appreciated.

You need a Terminal Server licence
