People are gonna want to know about your current diet and how often you visit the gym. Also your age and gender.

    Tried the caculator yokey?

Diet and routine look very good to me, I'd say to you to eat more greens.
Green beans, peas etc. I'd be suprised if you weren't losing two or three pounds a week.

    thanks!

unfortunately im not losing weight have lost couple inches in places and gained inches on arm and legs. In saying that not going gym everyday min twice per week max has been 5. have started to use some of the weight machines last few times. been going a month now and only lost 4 pound.

A pound a week is ok.

I would add in some weight training exercises, chest press, seated row, leg press/lunges, hamstring curl, lat pulldown, to build on your muscle (you wont get big) and assist the fat loss.

maybe 4 sets of 10 reps each

did you get a program from an instructor?

Try get some protein in with breakfast, naan bread every night!!! come on.

    read the stickies on diet.
you need to eat protein with each meal, and take in good healthy fats and some complex carbs.

    snack on nuts, not biscuits.
