    I just wiki'ed the two ingredients. Mucuna Prureins & Fenugreek they both make excellent manure. Good luck OP.

    In future mate ask before ordering! Get 10 responses and if you have heard nothing positive then you know to steer clear.

    Train extra hard and nail your diet down while using the product and i'll guarantee you good results ok

    We've all had this happen to us OP-thinking a particular supplement will have you looking like arnie in no time.
    My first encounter with supplements was in a Tony Quinn shop.To cut a long story short,it ended up with me buying two tubs of creatine and being told to continue "eating whatever" I wanted because i'd look like a "greek god" by the time I was through both tubs.After eating a ****load and taking the creatine with each meal, I did look like a god,except,like the tshirts say,it was a shame it was buddha!
    Use this as a learning experience and don't get caught in the trap again.
