I am currently finishing my third slab of corned beef that I smeared with dijon mustard. I was a little worried at first, afraid I had put too much on but oh my goodness I forgot how much I love the stuff. Delicious. I even put some on my cabbage!

I'm glad to hear it. I keep meaning to get a jar of mustard for my new house, but I haven't found the time in 2 months. I'll have to sort that out soon. Buying mustard-covered fast food is expensive.
