    Hows it for nightlife?
    I plan on coming down in about 2 weeks for a weekend away and to check out some local scenary if all goes to plan.
    Looking for something not full of drunken tw*ts but not an old man pub either.
    any suggestions, reviews and pics even all welcomed! thanks.

    Theres a few middle of the road places that I like:

    The barracks and the Med Bar on tullow st. Scraggs is another place which would be more of a younger dance crowd and can be good criac. Always plenty to look at in all 3 ;)

    I like The Barracks but if its too quiet for you, just cross the street to the Med bar. Its usually fairly full.
