    Just want to make sure its balanced - can anyone have a look and advise on potential areas that could be improved?

    Clean to Front Squat to Press

    Deadlift superset with chinups

    Bench press superset with Bent Over Row

    Various ab work

    Some intervil cardio 20 minutes or less
