    well folks,

im relatively new to weights, during the first 3 months of this year i lost 3 stone and am now a healthy(ish) 13-13.5 stone and im 6 foot,

ive being going to various gyms throughout the year just mostly doing cardio, most of my training is with football though as i finally went back playing after 4years of college,

my girlfriend is buying me weights for my birthday so im looking for a bit of info on whats a good deal and where to buy etc...

im probably going to get a bench and and incline bench and some weights, all i really want to do is to tone my chest and arms as the rest of me im happy enough with,

was thinking of going to argos saw a few bits in their catalogue, is it any good though?

    thanks for the help :D
