    Hi

This may have been covered before, not sure.. I am quite big on top (34E) and since I hit 30, have been worrying about my boobs heading south. Should I be wearing support in bed at night? I'm hearing conflicting views and would appreciate if anyone has any advice on this. I know it is obviously good to give your body a break from wearing a bra during the day, but are boobs more prone to sagging if left to their own devices at night???

    Thanks!
