I've been trying to do some more exercise. Walking I like particularly. The only thing is I sweat profusely and need water. Is there anything out there inconspicuous that can hold one small bottle of water? I've checked eBay and they seem to have waist belts that hold several bottles of water...help!:o

    Your hand? :D

You can get water bottles that have a hand grip, see here http://www.amazon.co.uk/Run-Aid-Runaid-Runners-Bottle/dp/B001QV9NFK

For the record, it was the missus who suggested the grippy bottle... I'd just keep it in hand myself!

Unless you are out walking for three or four hours you won't dehydrate to any significant degree (in this country) no matter how much you sweat.

If you are really that bothered then just carry a bottle, or get a regular bumbag / rucksack.
