Like the title says, where would somebody but a quality Stepper machine for the home?
Small Footprint (compared to Treadmills and Elipitical trainers) being a plus.

Well, thanks for you suggestion but they are all rubbish ones.
My missus and i are looking for a proper one, like a Stairmaster or whatever you find in gyms.

Plus, i'd like to have a warranty so would be careful about getting a second-hand one.

To be honest I'd start with something like this and see how often it gets used before buying something that's going to take up space and gather dust. You don't need a big machine to get the exercise.

Under no circumstances would i buy some crappy yoke like that.

We both go to the gym and prefer the Stepper to a Treadmill and Eliptical Trainer.
Do the math: say it takes 500€ per year for the gym x2 = 1000€
Now, how much does a proper Stepper cost?
That's what i'd like to figure out.

Anyway, i'm not a poor student on a shoestring budget.
I've spent hours upon hours on Steppers and I know what i'm looking for.
So please, no time wasting with cheap inferior products from Argos.

Check out expertleisure.ie - in Greenogue Business Park (just past citywest). There is also a home gym equipment store on the Naas Road, just beside the Red Cow Hotel.

Also in the general retail, Elverys sell home gym equipment.

I know it's not what you have in mind, but I reckon the rug runner is great, stepping and balance, no noise and a tiny footprint. www.prorugrunner.com/Information.htm# Not as easy as it looks, but it really does give you a workout. Also, if this is a factor, nothing that children can break or injury themselves on.
