    Hi could any tell me exactly what I would need to buy to do a 5x5 programme? Also any idea on what kind of space I need to house it and were I could buy the equipment, first or second hand.

    bench, power rack and a **** loads of weight

    as for size required it will generally depend on length of the bar you get basically 5-7 foot long and then space either side of it to move around.

    as for where to buy. Irish-lifting.com would be my first choice

    Hi i make equipment but it is prob heavier duty than you need talk to mick in Irish Lifting you will get value for money there he will set you up with a rack bench and weights or look at power tec alot of UK companys do it but the carrige from the UK jacks up the price alot
